LUNCH- On count day, we often meet for a countdown lunch at the restaurant Almost on the Lake (directions, phone# 336.921.5253) on NC-268 near the entrance to Kerr Scott reservoir visitor's center. Someone is usually there from about 1 to 2 oclock, and they have an excellent menu of food and drink.

- OK Printable form (UYVCBC Field Data Sheet.pdf) Use ONLY if E-Form doesn't work, PDF for mailing or handing in.
- IF NEEDED Field Card (UYVCBC Field Data Card.pdf) MUST BE transferred by party leader to one of the two above Forms, then submitted to compiler. Only for hand-recording data in field, best printed out on both sides of an 8.5X5.5 card.
